Memberships are available on a monthly or annual payment basis.
GST will be added to the fees below.
Membership fees qualify for the Canada Medical Expense Tax Credit as a “block fee” and may also be eligible for reimbursement from Health Spending Accounts.
Patients must have active Alberta Health Coverage during their membership, as this fee only covers services not covered by Alberta Health.

Ages 19-26 inclusive This special pricing applies if a young adult enrolls with a regular adult member. For young adults signing up alone, the regular adult fee above applies.

A single flat fee that covers any number of children of members ages 5-18 If a child is signing up alone without a parent, the regular adult fee above applies.

Membership fees cover services not covered by Alberta Health. Fees for office and virtual visits will still be billed to Alberta Health where applicable.
